Who is the ideal Lava Heat dealer?

Established businesses serving design-conscious clients in premium residential or commercial outdoor environments — patio specialty retailers, hospitality suppliers, landscape architects, builders, and design-build firms. We partner intentionally and protect our existing dealer territories.

Do you support both residential and commercial sales?

Yes. Lava Heat heaters carry a 10-year transferable warranty valid for both residential and commercial use, and our Contract & Hospitality team supports project bids, custom finishes, and large-volume orders for hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups.

What are the minimum order requirements?

There is no rigid minimum to open an account, but we ask new partners to plan for a sensible opening order that demonstrates commitment to representing the brand well — typically a curated mix across the Positano, Ravello, and Bellagio collections.

How does freight work?

Heaters ship LTL freight from our Los Angeles warehouse. We can ship to your facility for stocking or drop-ship directly to your customer's project site. Freight quotes are provided per order based on destination and quantity.
