Why are these discontinued?
Each was retired during a catalog consolidation — not for performance reasons. Some were replaced by next-generation models in the current line. Others were limited-production from the start. The remaining units are everything that was left in the factory when production ended.
What warranty applies?
Last Call units carry a 30-day defect-only warranty from the date of delivery — limited to manufacturing defects and dead-on-arrival claims. The full Lava Heat Italia lifetime warranty does not apply.
Can I return or exchange?
No. All Last Call sales are final. No returns, no exchanges, no refunds outside the 30-day defect window. Please confirm finish, fuel type, and dimensions before completing your purchase. You'll acknowledge these terms at checkout.
Are dealers selling these too?
No. Last Call is direct-to-consumer only, available exclusively through lavaheat.com. These units are not listed on Amazon, Wayfair, Home Depot, or through any stocking dealer.
When will I receive my order?
Last Call units ship from our Los Angeles warehouse within 5–10 business days of order confirmation. Tracking is provided once the unit leaves the warehouse.
What happens when they're gone?
The product page disappears. The model returns to the archive permanently. We do not restock or reissue Last Call models under any circumstances.
